One of the things you'll have to do when you've got an air purifier is to replace the filters periodically to avoid the gunk that will pile up in it whenever you wait too long. At some point, it is so dirty that it's useless or counterproductive to keep the filter in, and you'll want to buy a new one. If you want more, you'll need to either get one designed to filter out stuff from the entire house or you'll need to get multiple air purifiers running at the same time - one for each room that you spend time in, or you can just put them in the rooms where the pollution is coming from (for example, if you have a pet or a smoker, they might stay mostly in one area).
